Highlighting the festivities will include the keynote speaker Dr. Roberto Cantu from Calif
ornia State University, Los Angeles, distinguished professor who has a joint appointment in Chicano Studies and English. He will be presenting his lecture "La Santa Tierra: Land, History, and the Sacred in Bless Me, Ultima, by Rudolfo A. Anaya".
A complimentary box lunch will be served.

I think it's great that you are having this event! I hope people give this book a try. I grows on you. It has many elements of Mexican-American beliefs and culture.
